I am excited to share my full PhD dissertation and a summary of the findings. I studied pastoral training approaches in local churches. I found four categories of training approaches and did case study research on exemplary churches within each category. I then categorized the shared practices of these model churches into a list. This list was used to construct a curriculum design framework for church leaders seeking to start a residency program.
