1 Samuel 16:7 tells us that God looks at a person’s heart–not simply at outward appearance.  This is particularly true in the story of the woman who anointed Jesus’ feet in Luke 7:36-8:3.  In this story, we learn that Jesus responds positively to people who genuinely come to him in sincerity… indeed, God through Christ, cancels all the debts of people who come to him in genuine repentance and faith.  To dig deeper into this passage, go through the following study that is based on Pastor Jeff’s sermon this past Sunday.
