Making goals can be a great way to stay motivated. Often, if we do not have a specific plan for something, it can get lost amidst the craziness of life. Recently, the friends in my small group each put together a list of goals that we have for various areas in our lives. We talked about the importance of making goals that are helpful, attainable, and measurable. When we shared, some of us realized that our goals were too lofty, so we simplified them. Others of us made goals that were a bit too general, so we make them more specific. Now, in the months to come, we can look back and see the progress we have made! Attached is the sheet that we used to make our goals. I hope this is helpful–if you don’t know what you are shooting for, you will miss every time!
